The only way you'll be able to show the data is if you plot it in 3 dimensions.
Then you'll be able to see the depth which will contain all the overlapping points.
But in a 2-dimensional plot, you can visualize overlapping points.
You can adjust the hue parameter which will reduce the opacity of the points and the place where there is a large overlapping of points will be darker than the place where there is a low overlapping of points.
